Customer Reviews
The Flexi pen case feels good in hand but raises a caution flag for me. The cases are made from supple vegetable tanned leather. The case is firm but not rigid. Pens are stored in individual leather sleeves that are sewn into the backing. The pen sleeves are about 11mm in diameter and open at each end. The leather used for the sleeves is stiff, a notable contrast to the external leather. The backing is a ribbed nylon cloth. There is a second, external facing layer of leather that hides the internal stitching. The two flaps make accessing your pens easy.
I have 2 concerns about the case. The ribbed nylon fabric is stiff and I wonder about it scratching pens made from softer materials like ebonite or certain resins. The other concern is that the inside of the leather sleeves has been smoothed but is unfinished. The first few times I slid in a pen, a noticeable amount of leather "dust”came out. I was using a Sailor 1911L to test the fit. If the sleeve is small enough that the 1911L cap band is rubbing material loose from the leather, that can't be good for the metal trim, can it? Slimmer pens fit fine, but a wider pen like a Scribo Feel will not fit at all. I am sure the sleeves will stretch with use, but I am going to use less expensive pens for now until the sleeves are worn in.
One last note, the case has no sides; the top and bottom of your pens will likely extend past the sleeve. As such, anything could come in contact with your pen from the side— like loose objects in your bag.

This is the classiest pen case I own and it’s reserved for my most loved pens. The top grade leather is a rich cognac color offset by a beautiful silk lining in a complementary shade. The TwinFlip design is unique and provides some flexibility in accommodating slightly longer pens. With no zipper the possibility of scratching your pens when removing or replacing them is eliminated. Would love to see a two-pen case added in the future. Galen has stepped it up a notch with this case! Superb!
Most of the items are handmade to order and usually take a minimum of 1-2 weeks to dispatch. Out of stock items mean, not in the production cycle and generally re-stocking in a few weeks. Shipping
We ship worldwide. All items are sent via our shipping partners UPS/Fedex. Your items may need to be signed for upon receipt.
Due to security reasons, we cannot ship to PO boxes.
Some items are ready for shipment in our workshop, located in Istanbul. In stock items dispatch within 6-7 working days after payment has cleared using our shipping partners, UPS & FedEx. If the item is not in stock, then we will need to make your order.
Deliveries to USA addresses will take 3-4 days. For the UK and Europe, 2-3 days. To Australia, 6-7 days. For the rest of the world, expect a maximum of 7 working days. Plus production times.
- Buyers are responsible for customs duties. There are no additional taxes for goods being delivered to the USA.
- European Union : New rules after 1 July 2021; we charged VAT for orders up to 150€. It means no hidden or extra customs fees during the delivery. Orders more than 150€ subject to customs same as before.
- UK : Orders are subject to VAT. Around %20 percent. + courier fees.

- Most countries, except the USA, are subject to VAT (value added tax) and customs duties. These are the responsibility of the recipient. Since rates vary by country and by what was ordered.

Returns - Cancellations
- Items (except personalized items) can be returned for a full refund within 7 days of receipt. Buyer is responsible for the Shipping costs. Please feel free to ask any questions you might have before placing an order.
